 Cognitive Developmental ideas of Piagett and Vygotskey

Piaget and Vygotskey was great psychologist .Both have special ideas of cognitive development.Piaget interest in in cognitive development came through the help of training in natural science and his interest in epistemology.Vygotsky learning theory based on Karl marx philosophy. Vygotskey give theory to the base of dialectical materialism and scientific approach upon Marxism.Vygotskey observed and explained learning theory behalf of society’s grass route level.

Jean Piagett develop his own cognitive theory by actually observe children. He beloved that children’s spontaneous comments provided valuable things to understanding child thinking. He was interested to develop Childs logic and reasoning. And intellectual development based on environmental organs. His theory is very strong in biological level. also said cognitive growth is extension of biological growth and development. Vygotskey is theory alternative to Piaget stage of cognitive development behalf of sociocultural theory of development.
In Piaget stages of intellectual development is very useful for cognitive development.Piaget discovered that children think and reason differently at different periods in their lives. His believes at everyone passed through an invariant sequence of four qualitative distinct stage. The four stages are sesorimotor. Birth to two years ,preoperational  -two years to seven years. Concrete operational –seven years to eleven years and formal operational (abstract thinking)-eleven years and up. each stage has major cognitive takes which must be accomplished. In the sensomotor stage the mantel structures are mainly concern with the mastery of concrete objects. The mastery of symbols takes places in the prep rational stage.In the concrete stage, children learn mastery of class relations and number and how to reason. the last stage deals with the mastery of thoughts –Evans.’
Vygotskey generalizes his conception of the origin of higher psychological function in the way that reverent to the close relationship between their fundamentally medicated nature and the dialectical ,materialistic theory and conception of historichange. .He discovered idea of social approach of less facial’s people. Trough the help of scientific socialism Vygotskey descried that learning for those people who have number have problem to solve his better life. Marxist classical approach of learning is discovered and discussed by him. development and historical approaches to the study of human nature .Lev Vygotskey offered an  alternative to Paget stage of cognitive development .His sociocultural theory  of development became a major influence in the field of psychology and education .His theory totally based on social interaction and their culture he decribed that chield learn through this way.there are far difference between learning theory of Jean Paget and L.S Vygotskey .
